Return Conditions
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Items must be unopened or in original condition with packaging.
- Contact us before returning items—unauthorized returns are not accepted.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Warranty: 30 days from delivery date (per logistic info).
Quality Issues
If your item is defective (ripped, incomplete, etc.), contact us within the warranty period and send clear pictures. Do not discard lenses or packaging before resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Customized engraved items (non-refundable after order is placed)
Refund Process
We require proof of purchase. Please do not return to the manufacturer.
- You will receive an email about the approval/rejection within 1 business day after we receive and inspect your return.
- If approved, refunds are issued within 1 week to your original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Late or Missing Refunds
- Check your bank account and contact your credit card provider.
- Processing time varies by bank.

Exchanges
Only items with defects or damage are eligible for exchange. For lettering changes, contact us within 24 hours of purchase.
Gifts
If marked as a gift, you’ll receive gift credit. If not, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
Shipping Instructions
Customers bear all return shipping costs. Use trackable shipping or insurance for returns over $75. AMUSOUL is not responsible for lost items shipped without tracking.
